Ed graduated with a BA from the University of California Irvine and an MS in Transportation Management from San Jose State University, Mineta Transportation Institute. He has 24 years’ experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, and ITS. He currently oversees Metro’s ITS Programs as well as part of the planning and delivery team for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2028 Olympic Games. She spearheaded the introduction of signal performance measures in Montana and has managed MDT’s implementation of the ClearGuide system.
